More than a portfolio.
I’m Debojit Saha Jit, an HSC Science student at Notre Dame College, Dhaka, and an independent researcher working across robotics, assistive technology, biomedical energy research and full-stack web development.
Seeing how much a wheelchair decides a person’s independence, I founded Team C.A.R.E. to build the C.A.R.E. Wheelchair locally at a fraction of commercial cost. It took Bangladesh to 6th of 32 at APICTA 2025 in Taiwan, and in 2026 our work was selected to represent Bangladesh in Japan, the USA, Italy, Malaysia and Türkiye.
I believe impact grows when knowledge is shared — so alongside building, I teach. Through three organisations I have mentored 3,500+ students in robotics and science olympiads.
“Curiosity starts it. Engineering & Design make it real.”
The milestones that shaped the journey.
Five areas, one goal: technology that helps people.
Robotics & Assistive Technology
Designing the C.A.R.E. Wheelchair from a low-cost motorised base (V1) to head-gesture control (V2) and health monitoring with caregiver access (V3).
Independent Research
Bio-inspired solar water purification, RF energy harvesting for pacemakers (growing out of AeroVolt) and a published, DOI-indexed genetics book.
STEM Mentorship
Robotics camps, olympiad coaching and workshops through Science Spark, Rajbari Robotics Association and Aryabhata Ganit Pathshala.
Full-Stack Web & Games
Production websites, store DBMS for local businesses, this portfolio, and the frontend of ASTRAIA — a 3D browser game for NASA Space Apps.
Design & Media
Posters, logos, invitations and event videos for student organisations and events.
Representing Bangladesh
Gold at WRO, WRG and FIRO national rounds; Silver at WICE; Prime Minister's award at the Bangladesh Startup Challenge; selected for finals in Japan, USA, Italy, Malaysia and Türkiye; building ASTRAIA with Team OMNITRIX for NASA Space Apps.
C.A.R.E. Wheelchair & APICTA
Built C.A.R.E. V1 and V2, became Student Champion at the Bangladesh ICT & Innovation Awards 2025 and placed 6th at APICTA 2025 in Taiwan.
Team C.A.R.E. & Rajbari Robotics
GPA 5.00 in SSC with District 1st merit position; joined Notre Dame College; founded Team C.A.R.E. and the Rajbari Robotics Association.
